Installation: Our outdoor hot tubs are shipped in one single package and are completely pre-installed. When the product arrives at the customer's home, the task consists of connecting it to the mains. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, the unit does not include water inlets; it can be filled using a hose or a wall tap, thus avoiding additional costs. The drainage can be done through a flexible hose, that is already included underneath the cover. If the customer does not wish to carry out the connection themselves, our technical service can take care of this task upon request.
